NWPB's CEO Mario De Divitiis will be joining Tim Denis & Shelby Knox of NewsTalk 610 CKTB this Fall as they take their “Niagara in the Morning" show on the road to highlight a different business sector in Niagara each week. Mario will be live on CKTB at 8:30 a.m. for each of the following dates:
- Friday, September 28, 2018 - Topic: Tourism
- Friday, October 5, 2018 - Topic: Manufacturing
- Friday, October 12, 2018 - Topic: Retail
Mario made his first appearance in the series on Friday, September 7 during CKTB's visit to Brock University to talk about Education in Niagara. Mario was able to provide insight into the impact that our post-secondary institutions have on the local workforce, both as a provider of educated workers and as an employer. Alongside Brock's Director of Co-op, Career & Experiential Education, Cara Krezek, and Brock University Vice President of Administration, Brian Hutchings, Mario touched on the wider benefits of having two post-secondary institutions in the community, such as the revitalization of St. Catharines' downtown core through Brock's Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts.
NWPB is a proud sponsor of this informative series by NewsTalk 610 CKTB.
